We ordered the dress and we were sent the wrong color. I spoke with them and they kept giving me a run around or would not answer my questions. I was offered a low percent refund so it was a slap in the face. I was then told I could send it out of my pocket back to China but it was sent to me from the United States. I have went around and around and I keep getting pathetic refund percents, then telling me they cant, or send it back then a refund. I just wanted the correct color dress I paid for. Now I have a bummed out daughter and having to find another dress. Not very professional to deal with it
